TERMS
Terms of Use
Last updated: 3 November 2026. By using planandmake.com or app.planandmake.com, you agree to these terms.
The service
Plan & Make provides embroidery guides, digitizing tools and downloadable machine files. Features, limits and prices may change. We aim to describe limits honestly, including when a design is better suited to hybrid print or a different production method.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, password and activity. Use accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or infringement.
Your artwork
You keep ownership of the artwork you upload. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use it and to instruct us to process it. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, preview and generate files for you, and to provide support. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal, hateful, infringing or malicious content.
- Do not attack, scrape, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not resell access without a written agreement.
Machine files and sew-outs
Digitizing is a production aid, not a guarantee of a perfect sew-out. Fabric, stabilizer, thread, tension, needle and machine behaviour all affect the result. Always test on the intended material. We are not responsible for production losses caused by untested settings.
Payments and credits
Paid plans and credits are described at checkout. Unless required by law, consumed credits and completed digital downloads are non-refundable. Failed jobs are refunded automatically where the system records a failure.
Intellectual property
The site, guides, software and brand are owned by Plan & Make or its licensors. You may not copy substantial parts without permission. Short quotations with attribution are welcome.
Third-party links
We may link to tools and suppliers. We are not responsible for their content or terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every file will produce a specific commercial result. See the disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict rules. Local consumer rights are not excluded.
