Stitch settings are starting points, not guarantees. Fabric, stabilizer, thread, needle, tension, machine and operator skill all affect the final result. Test every design on the material you will use in production.

Digitizing and machine files

A preview is not a sew-out. A DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3 or XXX file can open correctly and still sew poorly if the hoop, backing or machine is wrong. We do not accept liability for damaged fabric, needles, machines or lost production time.
